Derived at 16 stations. Transformation is valid at epoch 2014.59 but accuracy will deteriorate due to tectonic deformation. Note that the rotation convention (coordinate frame) differs from that used in the transformation from CR-SIRGAS epoch 2019.24 to CR-SIRGAS epoch 2014.59 (code 11044). May be taken as an approximate transformation to ITRF08 / IGb08 / WGS 84 - see code 9752.
