Scale difference in ppb and scale difference rate in ppb/yr where 1/billion = 1E-9 or nm/m. Accuracy is approximately 1cm at the ETRS89-GBR [OSNet v2009] anchor epoch of 2009.756 but deteriorates with time due to tectonic deformation and/or glacial isostatic adjustment.
