For access to the grid file see https://www.gnssnet.hu/. The interpolation CRS is ETRS89-HUN [ETRF2000] but using any realization of ETRS89 including ETRF2000 (CRS code 9067) or ensemble-based EPSG:4258 is adequate for grid interpolation.
