Reversible alternative to ETRS89-NOR [EUREF89] to CD Norway depth (1) (code 9884). Replaced by ETRS89-NOR [EUREF89] to ETRS89-NOR [EUREF89] + CD Norway depth (2) (model "CD Norway 2021b", code 10133). The interpolation CRS is EUREF89 but using any realization of ETRS89 including ensemble-based EPSG:4258 is adequate for grid interpolation.
