Accuracy is approximately 1cm at the ETRS89-ALB [KRGJSH 2010] anchor epoch of 2008.0 but deteriorates with time due to tectonic deformation and/or glacial isostatic adjustment. Scale difference in ppb and scale difference rate in ppb/yr where 1/billion = 1E-9 or nm/m.
