Concatenation of ITRF2020 to ETRF2000 (1) (code 10586) with ETRS89-ITA [RDN2008] to ETRF2000 (1) (code 11167) reversed. Accuracy is approximately 1cm at the ETRS89-ITA [RDN2008] anchor epoch of 2008.0 but deteriorates with time due to tectonic deformation and/or glacial isostatic adjustment. Scale difference in ppb and scale difference rate in ppb/yr where 1/billion = 1E-9 or nm/m.
