Derived from concatenation of ITRF2020 to ETRF2000 (1) (code 10586) with ETRS89-SVN [D96] to ETRF2000 (1) (code 11152) reversed. Accuracy is approximately 2cm at epoch 2016.75 but deteriorates with time due to tectonic deformation and/or glacial isostatic adjustment. Scale difference in ppb and scale difference rate in ppb/yr where 1/billion = 1E-9 or nm/m.
