For the reverse transformation from BES2020 Sint Eustatius to Sint Eustatius, method 1140 [used here] is reversible using the same parameter values with the reverse formulas (see GN7-2). However, the official BESTRANS document applies the same formulas for both the forward and reverse transformations, but uses different parameter values for the reverse transformation.
